Since starting Telegraph Hill, he has completed 100+ direct to seller off market transactions and overseen dozens of full-cycle renovations, combining a strong eye for value with hands-on construction management. Devon is known for creating real solutions for homeowners — whether that means buying houses as-is, helping navigate complex situations, or finding win-win outcomes.

When he’s not working on properties, Devon enjoys traveling, time outdoors on Cape Cod, and making memories with family and friends.

Meet Ben Teixeira

Ben is a Massachusetts native who knows the local market inside and out. After spending five years in California managing high-end projects, he came back home and joined the Telegraph Hill team. Today, Ben works directly with homeowners — walking properties, answering questions, and helping guide each transaction smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, he’s an outdoors enthusiast and traveler who’s always up for a new adventure.

Meet Avery LaFrance

A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Avery joined the Telegraph Hill team as Operations Manager in early 2026. She holds a Massachusetts real estate license and has always been passionate about the industry. Her background in construction operations and property management equips Avery to manage core operational responsibilities, including financial management and transaction coordination. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors with family, friends, and her golden retriever, Rory.

Meet John Dullin

John is a real estate assistant with Telegraph Hill Home Buyers, where he helps the team stay on top of leads and follow-ups. His focus is on keeping everything organized behind the scenes so the team can spend more time working directly with homeowners. Originally from the Philippines, John enjoys taking walks by the river with his guitar in his spare time, finding balance and relaxation outside of work.
