I can’t believe how painless the entire process was!

Wow. I was so overwhelmed with the prospect of selling my childhood home after my mom passed. I lived 2,000 miles away! It was an old home filled with items that I didn’t need and didn’t have the time or money to empty. The entire idea was so overwhelming. I talked to Devon a few days before my visit, and he was so helpful and responded quickly. I had only a week to do everything while visiting the Cape. I did have two other companies come out and give me an offer. None came in as high as Devon’s, and honestly, none were as kind. Devon really spent time looking into the property to help me. I know it should just be business, but in these situations there is an aspect of emotion as well, and Devon was really understanding of that. Devon answered each text and call so quickly and with all the info I needed. And wow, Devon had the property closed within two weeks! He handled everything, and I just signed from across the country. So it was three weeks from when I made that first call to the wire transfer into my bank! I know the house is in good hands. I would give more stars if I could! The initial meeting was easy, and Ben explained how everything would work. I worked with Devon on the offer, and he provided a reasonable offer and made the documentation signing very easy. As this was an estate sale, I needed to wait on proper documentation, and Devon’s patience level was great in that regard. Closing was very easy.

I found Devon on the Better Business Bureau website. I initially started with another company. They were rude and showed no compassion. I bought and lived in the house with a hoarder. I was beyond overwhelmed. When I met Devon, he was not only understanding, he was compassionate. He made my transition quick and painless. I woke up in my new home feeling relaxed and relieved.
